The TAG

I have placed a few of these stickers around town. They are vinyl stickers of this asian smiley face. His name is HUNG LOW. Hung is a foreign exchange student that came to the U.S. to study Mechanical Engineering. Hung is on a kick boxing scholarship. Hung doesn't speak much English, but loves to talk to people. He is not well acquainted with the U.S. custom. So please be nice to him.
